We’re seeking an ambitious and charismatic Sales Manager – Club Membership Sales to lead our efforts in attracting Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), entrepreneurs, financial leaders, and prominent figures into the most coveted club membership in the region.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager – Club Membership Sales, your responsibilities include:
Sales and Member Engagement
- Spearhead the recruitment of new members, upgrades, and transitions within the club membership framework.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to target UHNWIs, financial moguls, young CEOs, and influential personalities in Dubai and beyond.
- Lead dynamic presentations and tours—both in-person and virtual—that showcase the club's unmatched offerings.
Leadership and Team Management
- Oversee and mentor a team of Relationship Executives and Club Ambassadors, ensuring comprehensive outreach and meaningful interactions with prospects.
- Recruit and train high-caliber team members to maintain an elite standard of service and engagement.
Networking and Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with individuals, groups, and organizations that align with the club’s ethos and prestige.
- Represent the club at high-profile events, forging connections and creating opportunities for membership growth.
Strategy and Insights
- Develop innovative sales strategies to engage power networks, social clubs, and potential partners.
- Provide insights for competitive analysis, product enhancement, and service excellence.
- Deliver accurate sales tracking, reporting, and actionable feedback to senior management.
Exceed Expectations
- Achieve and surpass monthly membership sales and initiation fee goals, contributing to the club’s growth and reputation.
- Ensure impeccable onboarding for new members by facilitating introductions and creating seamless integration experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership Excellence: Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales role with strong leadership capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate qualifications are a plus.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Apple alternatives (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russi, Hindi, Chinese, French, etc.) is a major advantage.
- Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Motivation & Ethics: Self-driven, results-oriented, and unwavering integrity.
- Driver’s License: A UAE driver’s license is a significant advantage.
