Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
• Train sales agents on forex products and sales techniques.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Set and achieve sales goals.
• Handle client concerns with smart, quick thinking.
• Work closely with the team to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a forex brokerage firm (not currency exchange) in the UAE.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Great communication and people-handling skills.
• Must be street-smart and solution-focused.
• Ability to train and mentor a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of forex trading and brokerage.
