Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced English & Arabic speaking Off Plan Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proved track record in managing a team of real estate agents, as well as developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, including setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new business opportunities
- Build a strong network/connections with the developers in Dubai
- Oversee the sales process from start to finish, including coordinating with agents, clients and other professionals
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company regulations and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales, including management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
