Planning monthly sales targets and executing them within a given time frame. Handling sales activities with the intention of closing predefined sales targets.
Developing new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales targets.
Presenting projects on Sobha Hartland to potential clients. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
Building a strong network of real estate brokers within the region and at an international level. Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients.
Updating customer data and sales records diligently on Salesforce.
Coordinate with allied teams for necessary paperwork and ensuring that initial payments are made by clients in the given time frame.
Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust. Adhere and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a brokerage or developer firm
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidates having property sales experience in off-plan and demonstrated ability to support multiple launches in the market preferred.
Fluency in Russian, Chinese, French, or Arabic is an advantage.
Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
