Description:
The Theatre of Digital Art is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to oversee our sales efforts and help us expand our reach in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Manager will help generate new leads, build customer relationships, and increase revenue. The role is on-site and is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Partnership Development:
· Identify, initiate and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance TODA's brand presence and expand its network.
· Collaborate with potential partners to develop mutually beneficial initiatives, events, and campaigns.
Edutainment Sales:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to promote TODA as a preferred destination for educational and edutainment programs.
· Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, teachers, and students to drive participation in TODA's educational offerings.
Hotel Partnerships:
· Establish and maintain relationships with hotels for collaborative ventures, including package deals and joint promotional activities.
· Negotiate and finalize agreements with hotels to enhance the overall visitor experience.
Revenue Generation:
· Achieve and exceed sales targets related to partnerships, edutainment programs, and hotel collaborations.
· Develop pricing strategies and promotional packages to maximize revenue.
Market Analysis:
· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the partnerships, edutainment, and hotel sectors.
· Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
· Work closely with internal teams to tailor offerings to meet the needs of diverse partners and clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, partnership initiatives, and market trends.
· Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in sales and business development, with a focus on partnerships, edutainment, and hotel collaborations.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Understanding of the edutainment and hospitality industries.
· Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
