We are looking for candidates to join our team for a Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer role.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer located in Dubai. The suitable candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, building and maintaining relationships with clients as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing the leads and sales process end to end will be required.
- Prior minimum experience of 3-4 years in sales of Security products such as CCTV, Access Control, Entrance Management Solutions, Access Control Solutions, X Ray Scanners and Metal Detector or related products would be required
- Ability to manage clients in multiple countries in the MEA region and manage sales targets. Prior Experience of working in UAE/GCC and having existing relationships with regional System Integrators and Distributors of security products will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
- Strong understanding of the security and surveillance industry and its products and technologies
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailor-made solutions
- Experience in preparing and presenting sales proposals, and closing deals effectively
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings and events
- Relevant degree in business administration, sales, or marketing
