One of our clients, a leading distributor and wholesaler in the construction industry, is seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join their office in Dubai.
Position: Sales Manager Tiles
Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities
- Plan and attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company’s products
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and other sales-related reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the tiles industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
