Hiring Sales Manager/Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our iconic brands. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic brand plans to drive brand awareness and market share.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
- Creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns to elevate our brands.
- Analyzing market data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- We are seeking candidates with:
- A deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 3 years of Experience in food industry in UAE is compulsory.
- Should have a good market knowledge and good at networking.
- Excellent experience in Digital Marketing and who can do excellent work in Sales field.
- Driving license is mandatory.

Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional outlets.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Product Positioning:
- Define and communicate the brand’s unique value proposition.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure alignment between brand messaging and product features.
- Monitor market trends and consumer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
Brand Communication:
- Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with the communication team to create compelling and engaging content.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and other relevant stakeholders to amplify brand presence.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize mutual benefits.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the brand’s budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.
