Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, identifying new sales leads, creating and delivering sales training, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. The role will also involve specialized responsibilities in media production.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new sales leads and opportunities within the media production industry.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business and sales leads.
- Create and deliver sales training programs to enhance team performance.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the production team to align sales strategies with production capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote our services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, and sales management.
- Ability to train and coach sales professionals to achieve their goals.
- Proven track record of successful sales and customer retention.
- Experience with cold calling and generating new business.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of the production industry is a plus.
- UAE driver license is a plus.
