Sales Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for catering to both B2B and B2C sales, promoting our extensive range of products in the Dubai medical industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in both B2B and B2C segments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to the management team.

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote SIS Surgical products.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the Dubai medical industry.

- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes and strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Driving knowledge and a valid UAE driving license are mandatory.
