Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Meditsea Drug Store, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Overseeing marketing initiatives (both digital and traditional) and implementing promotional plans.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including R&D and production, to align sales and marketing strategies with business goals.
- Managing and overseeing the sales and marketing team's performance, setting objectives, and conducting regular performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacist.
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of how to manage and interpret customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
