Sales Marketing Manager

LEOS is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with expertise in Sales, Branding, PR, and Events. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue by developing and implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan, building brand awareness, creating campaigns, initiating sales, PR and events activities across all customer touchpoints, and ensuring that we are meeting our sales targets and developing excellent business relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required, MBA or Master's degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing Manager position with a focus on leisure and/or hospitality industry
• Experience in sales, branding, public relations and event management
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively on all levels
• Develop and drive Sales and Marketing Strategies
• Manage and oversee social media and digital marketing
• Have a strong database of suppliers
• Strong network in the UAE & GCC Region
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, timelines and deliverables
• Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and results-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing demands and priorities
• Fluent in English
• A passion for adventure sports and/or leisure and entertainment
