Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai & Abu Dhabi for a Sales Officer in Credit Cards department. The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards to potential customers, as well as maintaining ongoing customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1 Year outdoor sales experience in credit cards or loans
• Prior experience in sales or customer service in the banking or financial sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in English; ability to speak Arabic or other languages is a plus
