What You Will Be Doing
- To promote and sell Business Banking asset / liabilities products as per assigned financial targets
- To build and maintain effective business relationship with clients in the market, and to ensure closing of sale.
- To make client calls and prepare/submit case log ins with all relevant documentation for approvals.
- To ensure that information submitted to credit is error free and complete.
- To ensure that files sent for disbursal are complete on mandatory documentation to avoid log in reject.
- Follow ups, and errors to be rectified and document deferrals to be resolved within deferred time frame.
- To achieve or exceed Monthly set target.
- To provide Market feedback, whenever necessary & penetrate into new market
- To undertake X-sell as per target assigned.
- To ensure that client data confidentiality is maintained at all times.
What You Should Have
- Sales/Service oriented personality.
- Excellent communication, convincing and inter-personal skills.
- Knowledge of banking and business loan products – RAK Bank and Competitive products of other banks.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within banking.
