Description:
Supplier relationship management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, rent a car, car dealerships, suppliers, fleet managers, individual sellers etc and source cars from them.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
- Follow up and obtain approvals and complete relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
Auction and bidding management:
- Coordinate with the operations team for Lotting & listing of cars
- Coordinate with the operations team to plan and execute successful auction events to attract bidders.
- During auctions, facilitate bidding processes, manage bidder inquiries, and finalize sales transactions.
Market analysis & pricing strategy:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and pricing trends in the market.
- ·Develop pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record achieving sales in the rent-a-car or automotive industry, with a preference for the Automobile Auction domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
- Should have experience in outdoor sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the rent-a-car industry/Automobile Auction industry, competitor analysis, and market trends is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
