- Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign.
- Produce data for the sales team, and oversee the use of various applications and platforms.
- Track sales managers and accelerate sales closures and revenue generation
- Forecast future Sales by recognizing past trends and current program.
- Territory Definition: Sales Operations must outline and define various sales territories.
- Evaluation and Implementation: By evaluating data, Sales Operations Lead ensure the success of a product or implement new sales plan if the evaluation yields unsatisfactory results.
- Sales Strategy: Sales Operations professionals often set strategy and future goals for a sales team.
- Executive presence with strong business and people leadership capabilities
- Background in sales operations or similar function
- High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail
