Job Description: As a Sales Representative for DREAM GIRL you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with salons, stylists, beauty professionals, and retailers in the hair extension industry. You will leverage your knowledge of hair extensions to effectively present our products, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the hair extension market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and salons to promote the company’s products and network with key industry professionals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or hair extension industry.
• Strong knowledge of hair extensions, including types, applications, and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
