Hiring Sales Representative required
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in an air and sea freight company is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and attracting new prospects/customers
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or appointment setting.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Perform customer research and risk assessment as part of lead qualification
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Be the center person for the overall status of a job/shipment/project from opening to closing. When necessary, joint responsibility or to give assistance to other departments to ensure the job is done/closed properly.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (Freight Forwarding Business)
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Salary Package & Target:
- ·Salary may differ considering the Minimum Target = 3x of *CTC. Preferred salary expectation ranges between AED5,000 – AED12,000, but if expecting more, it’s still negotiable.
- Cost to Company/CTC – are all the costs and expenses incurred by the employee. Mainly salary, plus the additional employee benefits.
- ·Incentives are given after Sales Targets are achieved (can be discussed/asked during interview or upon employment).
