Cactus Distribution is looking for a Sales Representative. This is a position located in UAE.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for achieving sales targets and providing sales forecasts to key internal stakeholders.
- Meeting sales key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the Commercial Director.
- Selling products through existing and new sales and distribution channels.
- Incorporating new product development (NPD) into sales channels.
- Ensuring profitability and maintaining margins by understanding international value chains in line with business objectives.
- Developing annual plans and strategies with distribution partners to ensure long-term success.
- Following the onboarding process to successfully integrate new distribution partners.
- Collaborating with regulatory and operational teams for seamless market launches in new territories.
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure the success of distribution partners and the delivery of campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
- Providing excellent customer service while professionally managing all accounts.
- Offering market and competitor insights to contribute to business development.
- Assisting in planning and executing sales events.
- Communicating the company’s values and vision.
- Establishing and nurturing sustainable business relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must, any other international language will be an advantage.
- Outdoor Sales Experience: The candidate should have a proven background in outdoor sales, demonstrating their ability to engage with clients in various settings.
- Store Visits: We require someone who is comfortable and skilled at visiting stores and establishing direct sales relationships.
- Sales Acumen: The candidate should possess excellent sales skills, including negotiation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
- Adaptability: We are open to candidates from various sales backgrounds, as long as they can adapt their skills to our industry – Distribution Vape / Tobacco Channel and the FMCG Channel
- Motivation: A self-driven and motivated individual who can meet and exceed sales targets is highly desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- The position offers a salary that ranges between 6,000 AED and 8,000 AED (based on experience) + and an uncapped commission structure.
