We are currently hiring for a Sales & Retail Manager role with a prestigious government entity in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to high-impact projects that shape the future of Abu Dhabi while working alongside a dynamic and skilled team.

Role Overview:
- As a Sales & Retail Manager, you will lead the museum’s retail activities to enhance visitor satisfaction while maximizing revenue opportunities. This includes:
- Selecting and structuring agreements with external retail service providers.
- Managing the product portfolio, pricing strategies, and retail partnerships.
- Developing and managing B2B relationships with hotels, cruises, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and OTAs (Online Travel Agents) to boost visitation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in high-customer-service environments such as museums, cultural institutions, airports, luxury retail, or large leisure attractions.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and managing third-party contractors.
- Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and visitor needs.
- Advanced proficiency in Point-of-Sale (PoS) software, sales analysis, and Microsoft Excel for sales performance tracking.
- In-depth understanding of UAE’s local market and customer expectations.
- Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
- Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
- Familiarity with PoS and stock control systems.
- Additional language fluency is a plus.
