Description:

We are looking for confident and ambitious individuals for the role of sales and leasing consultants for high-end luxury apartments and villas in Dubai. The role best suits individuals with a go getter attitude, driven by success and able to perform under high pressure.

Responsibilities

·       Must specialize in either off plan property sales across Dubai OR completed properties (sales and leasing) in selected Dubai communities.

·       Use best business practices, learnings, and tools to reach sales and KPIs targets.

·       Honor company policies, teamwork, and discipline.

·       Promote self and company emphasizing on professionalism, local knowledge, customer service, integrity, and results.

·       Create a brand identity of yourself by promoting services, expertise, and properties on social media.

·       Source and connect with property owners looking to sell or rent their properties.

·       Market properties with compelling marketing materials on property portals and social media platforms.

·       Ensure qualified properties are regularly uploaded and updated on portals maintaining highest rank to attract potential buyers and tenants.

·       Network with potential customers to benefit from buyer and seller leads.

·       Employ innovative strategies to find new clients.

·       Build close relation with building and community securities and management for regular updates.

·       Provide top class customer service and post sales service to ensure long lasting customer relation.

·       Build a reputation based on trust, reliability and results amongst customers, colleagues, and competitors.

·       Stay updated on current and upcoming projects for valuable insights.

·       Regularly follow up with potential leads of buyers, tenants, and sellers.

·       Understand clients' needs and financial abilities, proposing suitable solutions.

·       Guide clients on current market prices, recent transactions, supply and demand.

·       Walk the clients through entire sales and leasing process ensuring best practices to suite the local real estate laws and procedures.

Requirements

·       Possess the artistry of salesmanship and attitude to drive positive results.

·       Exude self-confidence and a hunger for success, rising to the top ranks of real estate greatness.

·       Demonstrate self-confidence, motivation, and leadership traits.

·       Maintain a positive attitude and trustworthy demeanor.

·       Smart negotiator and persuasive.

·       Must have striking personality and high standards of self-presentation.

·       Must be able to attend business on weekends and later hours during the week if required.

·       Possess the courage to take risks, make bold business decisions and rise at the top in the extremely competitive marketplace.

·       UAE driving license is preferred.

·       Active presence on social media, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and Tik Tok.

·       Excellent written and spoken English.

·       Written and spoken Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.

·       Proficiency in written and spoken Russian is an advantage.

·       Full-time applicants only, as remote work is not permitted.
