Description:
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with schools
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including teachers, principals and senior management
*Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
*Conduct sales presentations and pitches to potential clients, both in person and virtually
*Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience
* Work and collaborate with other teams within the company, such as marketing and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service
* Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in the educational travel market, incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies and approaches
*Manage and prioritize sales leads and opportunities, and track progress using CRM software or other tools.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* 2 + years of experience in sales, preferably in the traveler educational industry
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong sales and negotiation skills
*Ability to work independently and as a part of a team with strong organizational and time management skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Passion for education and travel, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and experiences
*A Driving License is Mandatory
