Description:
As a Hospitality AV and Entertainment Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hotels, resorts, event venues, and other hospitality businesses, helping them achieve their AV and entertainment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and establish connections with potential customers in the hospitality industry.
- Understand the unique AV and entertainment requirements of each client, and propose custom solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with our AV and entertainment experts to design and present proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Stay current on industry trends and technology, positioning yourself as an expert in AV and entertainment solutions for the hospitality sector.
- Work closely with our operations and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in AV and entertainment solutions.
- Strong understanding of audiovisual technology, entertainment systems, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing client needs.
- A valid UAE driver's license and the ability to travel to meet with clients as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
