Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have significant, relevant experience within the tile or construction industry and an established network in the Dubai market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and contributing to the ongoing success of TileLine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets and expand the client base in Dubai and the GCC.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tile and porcelain sectors, focusing on high-end projects like luxury resorts and residential developments.
- Maintain and grow relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers in the region.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring excellent customer service and communication at all stages.
- Provide clients with detailed knowledge of our product lines
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the tile, porcelain, or construction industry, ideally within Dubai. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai market and established relationships within the construction, architecture, and design communities.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
