We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales within the UAE market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a love for design. This role involves engaging with both retail and wholesale customers, helping them discover the perfect Kartell pieces for their homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Meet with corporate clients, canvass for new business opportunities, and generate sales.
- Manage both retail and wholesale accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through strong negotiation techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE market.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Passion for design and a solid understanding of Kartell products.
