Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers in the retail and whole sale sectors
• Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales and attract customers.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Ensure the timely processing of orders in coordination with invoicing, logistics and store team .
• Analyze sales data on a daily, weekly &monthly basis to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable plans to achieve monthly targets.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on new products, market information, competitors etc.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
• Promote and enforce timely collection of Debts
