Your responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales team targets
- Offer hands-on sales support, including coaching techniques, lead management, and deal closing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Recruit, train, and mentor Off Plan Sales Agents
- Guide team members in the correct use of CRM systems, lead management, and KPI tracking
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Lead Generation, to optimize agent performance and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure the best deals and opportunities
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, including new regulations, launches, and developer projects
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and boost sales results
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Off Plan real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s Off Plan market and specialist developers
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets individually and as a leader
- Exceptional leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in English
- Analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving capabilities.
- Expertise in CRM tools such as Bitrix or Prop CRM.
