Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to enhance the sales capabilities of our staff, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively promote and sell our products/services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and developing others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs for sales teams, incorporating both product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing sales staff.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers.
- Collaborate with sales managers to develop individualized coaching plans for sales representatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into training programs.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to improve performance.
- Create and update training materials, presentations, and manuals as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new sales hires, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in sales.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
- Knowledge of learning management software and training tools.
- Certification in sales training (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP)) is a plus.
- Preferred Arabic Speaker fluently.
