### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and define **project requirements, scope, and objectives** in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Create and manage **technical and project documentation**, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate project schedules, manage risks, and maintain **plans** with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in **team and stakeholder meetings**, recording minutes and following up on important actions.
- Prepare necessary **presentation materials** for meetings and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required.
### **Requirements:**
- Proven **5-7 years** of experience as a **Business Analyst**, **Project Coordinator**, or a similar role.
- Experience in **business analysis and project coordination** from conception to delivery.
- Ability to create and interpret **flowcharts**, schedules, and **step-by-step action plans**.
- Strong **organizational skills** with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent **client-facing** and **teamwork skills**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Project**, **Microsoft Planner**, and other Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior knowledge of **Salesforce** is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration** or a related field.
- Strong **verbal, written, and presentation skills**.
