Position Overview: The Salesforce Administrator and Developer will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM system. This individual will be responsible for configuring Salesforce to meet the needs of our real estate business, developing custom solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, solid knowledge of database structures and relationships in Salesforce, and experience working in agile environments. Proficiency in Data & Click Up is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration:
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Implement and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
  • Salesforce Development:
  • Design and develop custom solutions, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
  • Create and maintain integrations with third-party applications and tools.
  • Develop and deploy Salesforce applications, custom objects, and workflows to support business processes.
  • Real Estate Industry Understanding:
  • Leverage your knowledge of real estate processes and practices to tailor Salesforce solutions to our industry-specific needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce functionality.
  • Database Management:
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of database structures, relationships, and data models within Salesforce.
  • Design and manage data import/export processes, data quality, and data migrations.
  • Agile Environment:
  • Collaborate effectively in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Respond quickly to changing requirements and priorities, delivering accurate and high-quality work.
  • Tools and Collaboration:
  • Utilize Click Up for task management and project tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3-4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Familiarity with Click Up and JIRA is a plus.
  • Education and Certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) and Salesforce Developer (PD1) certifications are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, object relationships, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
