Description:

We are looking a Salesforce Technical Manager with experience in Salesforce development background. You will deliver and support Customer Support Applications built on Salesforce platform. In the role of Technical Manager

Technology You'll Use

Aura, LWC, Salesforce Community Cloud, Apex Programming, UI/UX, Application Delivery, sales cloud, service cloud

Your Role Responsibilities

Manage delivery team, mentoring team in all technical aspects, ownership of the application, ensuring completion of development milestones, controlling scope, and mitigating risks Daily application delivery

Experience and demonstrate an understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform

Strong skills in change management, issue resolution, workflow documentation, data analysis, and reporting

Effectively run business user design and user experience sessions

Ensure solutions to technical problems through discussion with technical teams to resolve problems

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and track sprint progress against overall project timelines

Assess risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects

Understand the clients business pain points and offer a solution to address leveraging salesforce.com platform/ offerings

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in salesforce Development

Atleast 1+ years of Project Management experience delivering projects in Salesforce

SAFe, ScrumMaster, or other Project Management certification preferred

At least two salesforce certifications required.

Notice period : Immediate or 30 days' notice.
