Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in the luxury market of Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the luxury goods or hospitality sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to target high-end customers in Dubai and other luxury markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, exclusive bars, upscale restaurants, caterers, and event managers.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and identify potential clients in the luxury sector.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data, track effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize market penetration.
  • Networking and Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, fairs, and networking gatherings to build contacts and promote the product.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. – Flexible requirement.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury goods sector or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai luxury market and/or similar markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
