Sap Pp Qm Consultant

Description:

Discuss, Design, Configure & implement various business processes across ESA wherever applicable and also Maintain PP & QM Modules in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA . Provide continuous support to Maintain interface for with Level-2 and L3 systems and along with assistance to end users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

• Configure SAP PP & QM module as required by the business in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
• Design, Develop and Maintain L2/L3 interfaces with live Production systems.

· Write functional specifications and interact with ABAP developers to develop programs for process improvements /enhancements

· Hands on Batch Management & MTO, MTS Scenarios with Variant Configuration.

· Integration support for Third party applications like, MES , CRM, Anaplan, Other connected systems.

· Provide training to new users / end users and prepare end user training materials

· Configure QM Master data, and hands on experience in handling, results / defects recording, sampling procedures, Quality in procurement, In-process, & other inspection types.

· Automate processes which are repetitive in nature to minimize manual action, thereby reducing error.

· Maintain Sync with OT Systems and & Maintain SAP PP and QM Master data wherever required.

· Periodic review of PP & QM role authorization management for Audit purposes

· Assist Process Engineers, Planners, and other users for transaction related errors.

· Analyze, investigate, and resolve any errors observed in the custom program.

· Generate MIS reports and when requested.

· Provide necessary support for system upgrades / system conversions.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

· Implement solutions to meet user requirement, out of the box with cost effective methods.

· Support and monitor third party applications or tools.

· Document change requests with SOLMAN & Other tools.
