Your Role:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will:

✅ Lead the design, implementation, and support of Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
✅ Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for compliance and reporting.
✅ Design solutions tailored to business needs while adhering to GCC-specific regulations.
✅ Configure, customize, and integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules with internal systems.
✅ Conduct thorough testing to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
✅ Develop training materials, lead sessions, and drive change management.
✅ Stay ahead with industry best practices and updates for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
🔹 10-15 years of SAP HCM experience, with a focus on Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
🔹 A proven track record of at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors.
🔹 Expertise in configuration, customization, and integration within the GCC region.
🔹 Strong understanding of compliance requirements and reporting processes.
🔹 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
