Scala Developer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java/Scala Developer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience with Flink, Beam (or Spark Streaming), Kafka, and other related technologies.

MUST-HAVE Skills:

Development/Design experience in Java/Scala with Flink, Beam (or Spark Streaming), and Kafka

JVM Tuning, Cache systems using Apache Ignite preferred, LINUX OS Configuration, Grafana, or any dashboard prod monitoring

CI/CD principles (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.), design patterns, and principles

SQL and NoSQL databases

Compliance and regulatory requirements of data including encryption, anonymization, data integrity, policy control features in large-scale infrastructures

Good to Have Skills:

Security controls designing Source and Data Transfers including CRON, ETLs, and JDBC-ODBC scripts

Data sensitivity in terms of logging, events, and in-memory data storage

Basics of Networking including DNS, Proxy, ACL, Policy, and troubleshooting

Agile Methodology Banking, Financial, and Fintech experience preferred
