Scrum Master

Description:

Alexander Ash are currently working with a leading Financial Services organization, who are looking to hire a Scrum Master for one of the large technology infrastructure programmes.

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of solutions, ensuring the application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Role

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to the Agile principle

Required skills/experience

• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
