Secondary Specialist

DMAXX Properties, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Secondary Property Specialists to join our team. As a Secondary Property Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling secondary properties, such as apartments, villas, and townhouses.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
Identify and offer suitable secondary property options to clients
Assist clients in buying and selling secondary properties, including negotiation and closing deals
Conduct market research to provide up-to-date information to clients
Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in secondary property sales in Dubai
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be fluent in English, Arabic/Russian is a plus
