Job Responsibilities:

  • ·Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Typing, preparing, collating reports & filing.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases.
  • Arranging meeting rooms, coordinating with the stake holders.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English
  • Computer Skills: MS-Office, Email & Social Media.
