Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Secretary located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Secretary will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to, managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to managers and department staff.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to organize a daily workload and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High school graduate
