Secretary

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update TAX filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
  • Create invoices and quotations.
  • Handle taxes and ensure compliance with UAE laws.
  • Fill in vendor registration forms that are issued by the clients.
  • Manage daily finance budgeting for materials purchased and other expenses.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Arabic is a highly valued asset.
  • High school/college diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
