Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and update TAX filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
- Create invoices and quotations.
- Handle taxes and ensure compliance with UAE laws.
- Fill in vendor registration forms that are issued by the clients.
- Manage daily finance budgeting for materials purchased and other expenses.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Arabic is a highly valued asset.
- High school/college diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
