As a Pastoral Supervisor (also known as a Discipline Supervisor or Section Supervisor), you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive school culture, promoting student well-being, and fostering an environment conducive to learning. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1️⃣ Student Discipline: Implementing and enforcing disciplinary policies, ensuring a safe and respectful school environment, and addressing student misconduct in a fair and consistent manner.
2️⃣ Student Support: Providing guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in resolving conflicts, addressing personal challenges, and promoting their emotional well-being.
3️⃣ Parental Collaboration: Collaborating with parents or guardians, updating them on student behavior and progress, and working together to ensure students' overall development.
4️⃣ Staff Collaboration: Collaborating with teaching and administrative staff, sharing relevant information, and coordinating efforts to maintain a positive school climate.
5️⃣ Policy Development: Contributing to the development and improvement of school policies and procedures related to student behavior, well-being, and discipline.

✅ Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a secondary school setting.
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
✅ Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make fair and sound judgments in disciplinary matters.
✅ A compassionate and empathetic approach to student support, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
✅ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✅ Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in student discipline and pastoral care.
