Description:
We are seeking a proficient Security Guards Manager who excels not only in security operations but also in building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will oversee our security team’s daily operations, ensuring a high standard of safety and security while fostering positive interactions with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols and exemplary customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to monitor compliance with security policies and maintain a secure environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, providing guidance and support to both clients and security staff.
- Develop and implement effective security policies, procedures, and training programs with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, patrols, and security activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services to enhance security measures and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all security equipment is properly maintained and operational, utilizing technology to enhance security measures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications preferred.
- Proven experience as a security guard or officer, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Mandatory SIRA certification.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology, including CCTV and access control systems.
Preferred Skills:
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Familiarity with safety and security regulations and standards.
- Experience in incident investigation and reporting.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize security operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
