About the Role:
As our SEM/SEO Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our search engine marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, with a focus on the Dubai market. Your expertise in SEM, coupled with a solid grasp of SEO and healthcare industry experience, will be key to driving high-quality traffic and achieving our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEM Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage targeted SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
- Craft compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to enhance CTR and conversion rates.
- SEO Expertise: Integrate SEO insights into SEM strategies for a unified search marketing approach.
- Collaborate with our SEO team to align efforts and boost overall search visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs like CPC, CTR, and ROAS to measure campaign success.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to optimize performance.
- Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Strategically allocate and manage SEM budgets to maximize ROI.
- Adjust bids and spending to ensure effective budget utilization.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of SEM and SEO trends in the Dubai market.
- Conduct research to tailor strategies to local consumer behavior.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with marketing teams, content creators, and designers for cohesive digital strategies.
- Communicate campaign results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in SEM/SEO, with a focus on the Dubai market and the healthcare industry.
- SEO Experience: Solid understanding of SEO practices such as on page, off page and Technical SEO is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Language: Exceptional fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Note: Candidates must currently reside in Dubai.
