About The Role

• Responsible for managing all accounting (AP and AR) processes.
• Retaining accurate financial records for leased properties, including income from rentals, maintenance expenses, etc.
• Keep track of rental income and ensure that it is received on time
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable bank accounts, prepare journal entries, reconcile each unit, and enter data into financial software to maintain accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor and follow up on tenants’ receivables, including lease rentals and VAT dues
• Preparation and issuance of cheques, BTs, and accounting entries for A/C Payables Management Inc.
• Handles extensive PDC management
• Processing monthly property-related expenses for payment purposes
• Periodic reconciliation of trial balance
• Cashflows forecasting
• Monitor owner’s funds’ availability for drawings etc.
• Records of maintenance aspects of the properties inc. long-term supplier contracts
• Calculate and verify the commission of staff and agents.
• Monitor compliance of tenant agreements, including the Service Level Agreement with suppliers.
• Coordinates the preparation and completes a detailed review of the company’s monthly financial statements

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience mandatory
• Relationship Skills: ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships; team player
• Organizational/Multi-Tasking: ability to allocate one’s time effectively, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload; ability to work at a detailed level; willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and change
• Computer Skills: intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite
• Able to interact confidently
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and thrive in a highly professional environment with strong process and internal control
• Candidates having a banking background is an advantage/desirable.
