Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor law is required, along with strong computer literacy.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, along with excellent liaison and problem-solving skills.
