We sell our products in 26 countries and maintain partnerships with more than 250 companies in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Our global presence and long-term relationships with partners make us a reliable and successful player in the global agricultural market.

We are now expanding our geographical presence into new markets in Africa and Asia and are aiming to increase our trade turnover to 600,000 tons and more!

The main focuses:

🌾 Develop and implement trading strategies for pulses and oilseeds in our new markets: China, Turkey, and India

🌾 Lead opening our offices in these geographies and supervise the business in the role of country head or main representative - depending on your experience and location.

🌾 Conduct market analysis, including monitoring price movements, supply and demand dynamics, and regulatory developments.

🌾 Execute trades across various financial instruments or commodities, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

🌾 Manage trading positions and risk exposure to achieve desired financial outcomes.

🌾 Build and maintain relationships with key market participants, including brokers, counterparties, and regulatory authorities.

🌾 Stay abreast of market trends, geopolitical events, and industry news to inform trading decisions.

🌾 Collaborate with internal teams to assess market opportunities, optimize trading processes, and drive continuous improvement.

🌾 Adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements in all trading activities.

Qualifications:

⚡️ Extensive experience in agrotrading, particularly within the China, Turkey, and India markets, especially pulses & oilseeds

⚡️ Proven track record of successfully establishing and nurturing partnerships

⚡️ Strong understanding of market trends, regulations, and logistics within the agricultural sector

⚡️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

⚡️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
