Knowledge & Skills: BI / Visualization tools ( Power BI, OTBI), Experience in Data Analysis, Microsoft Office – word, Excel and PowerPoint, Strong Analytical skills, Data management and exposure to HRMS systems. Ability to synthesize complex data and analytics into visually appealing, easy to understand reporting.
