Description:

The role would involve working closely with lead partners, who have worked in the region for many years, and playing a key role in litigation in the DIFC and ADGM courts and arbitration in various forums. As a small team, you will be hands-on, assisting on larger matters, running smaller files, and actively involved with clients.

Bilingual Senior Associate in Corporate (Arabic and English)

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with more 5 years of post-qualification experience as a corporate lawyer working with a large, national or international law firm
• Excellent knowledge of corporate, governance, and risk.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Organised and structured approach to tasks to ensure matters are progressed

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft legal corporate documents and corporate agreements;
• Conduct due diligence and draft due diligence reports on legal matters;
• Prepare and advise on commercial documents and complex commercial contracts;
• Participate in the business development activities
