Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Architect in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, and ensuring the successful completion of projects meeting submission dates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Utilize Revit for design, documentation, and project coordination.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and other team members.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Reviewing submissions and reporting to DM& PM
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and presentations (Reports, Markups,..etc).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of [10] years of experience in architectural engineering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering
- UAE-based candidates only are acceptable for this position
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Project Management skills are a plus
- Strong problem-solving, decision maker and analytical abilities are a must
- Experience in as-built projects is preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Extensive experience with Revit software is a must
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in the construction industry
