Senior Architect & Ff&e Designer

Eleven Plus Decoration Design is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect & FF&E Designer to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role combines architectural design, project management, software development, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) design expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of architectural projects, integrating design solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and contractors to execute design projects and selecting furniture and materials that align with design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept to completion
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and software integrations
• Conduct space planning, select furniture, and source materials for interior design projects
• Create mood boards and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards
• Collaborate closely with clients and team members, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Strong skills in architectural design, project management, and software development
• Proven experience in FF&E design, space planning, furniture selection, and material sourcing
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, InDesign & Photoshop
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on problem-solving and creative solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Professional certifications or licenses in Architecture are a plus
